There are 7 basic nutrients in our body (some also say 6), which are proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minearals, fibers, and water. All of them are crucial substances that maintain normal functioning of human body. You can click on each individual images to learn more about them on "Those Nutrients" page.
